Gravity 2018 _Framed yarn and horse hair with flower petals and a log_ 5 feet x 24 inches_ In this work I express the force of gravity.We can’t always feel the law of gravity but it exists. I used horse hair from my family’s horses with thread to make the fabric.Two different things are bound together by a man made connection to the log representing time, gravity and miracles. We are so close to nature but we do not appreciate it and are always struggling to resist it’s pull.
