Have you ever really missed a friend? Have you met them in your dreams? How about both of you dreaming about each other at the same time? Yes, we did.
I clearly remember meeting her in my dream. I could see her on the second floor of an old country-style home. A candle was lit. She was sitting by the window. It was a vivid dream.
The next day, I let her know she was in my dream. Surprisingly, she said she saw me in her dream too. We needed to connect so we started a project to stay closer with each other.
First Round
I met you in my dream
She sent me two paintings. She used the Korean paper that she had saved from her trip to Seoul in 2019. These pieces opened my imagination and gave me power to explore new materials and styles. I responded with typography and thread to express myself. These are our letters and stories.
